Thanks for the post from Sylvester Campbell
Listen, I will be the first person in the world to tell you that New York is a wonderful place to live. I love my city, and I can’t imagine living anywhere else. It is kind of a running joke in my family that I should get some referral money from the city based on the number of people I’ve convinced to move here. I truthfully don’t understand why anyone would choose to live anywhere else. I understand obviously that it’s an expensive place to live, but there are definitely ways to save money if you’re savvy about it. I shop at secondhand storesa lot of the time, and I don’t get to eat out as much as I want, but the ability to sit in Central Park on a sunny Saturday absolutely outweighs those minor sacrifices I make. One of the best ways I’ve found to save money that requires virtually no effort is to change my energy provider. I checked out New York Energy Rates at the recommendation of a friend, and was amazed that I was overpaying with my current provider. I made a change and save money every single month. It couldn’t be easier.
